Pick-up from Cappadocia hotels . We start the day with a visit to Red Valley which is one of the best valleys for trekking in Cappadocia. Hike 5km through this valley and enjoy beautiful rock formations with some great hidden rock-carved churches. Then we will have a rest in Cavusin Village which is one of the oldest Greek Villages on Cappadocia. After lunch we will see Ortahisar Natural Citadel which resembles Uchisar Castle in style. Drive to Kaymakli. Kaymakli covers an area of approximately 4 km2 /1.5sq mi. Visitors can see only about 10% of the city by going down a maximum of five floors. Continue to Pigeon Valley is a moderate walk in a green valley with many different rock formations and hundreds of pigeon houses carved into fairychimneys. Lunch is included.
Pick-up from Cappadocia hotels .First drive to Ihlara. Ihlara Canyon is a canyon with a depth of approximately 100 m. and was formed by the Melendiz River thousands of years ago. It begins at Ihlara Village and ends at the village Selime after making 26 bends along 14 kilometers. Then visit Selime which is a town at the end of Ihlara Canyon and it has some cave churches around. The most important one is known as a Selime Cathedral which has been hollowed out of the rocks on a rather elevated site. Derinkuyu Underground City is actually one of many underground cities discovered in the Cappadocia region, but it is notable for being the biggest and the deepest. Lunch is included.

Important churches in the valley are Karabas, Yilanli, Kubbeli and the church of St. Barbara ( Tahtali ) Continue to Taskinpasa Medrese built by the Karamanids (a 14th century dynasty in Konya, that dominated this part of Anatolia for almost 250 years). Keslik Monastery was hollowed out in the 13C, and known as the Monastery of the Archangels, has retained two churches and its refectory. Sobesos is another place where a few years ago the only Roman mosaics in central Anatolia were found. Sinasos Village is the small village of Mustafapasa. It has old Greek houses with attractive carved facades dating back to the end of the 19th century, Lunch is included.

Very early morning we pick you up from your hotel and drive to the meeting point. You will gently glide through the incredible landscape of Cappadocia while your pilot explains some of the local stories and histories behind the different rock formations.
